Bellum iustum e nuove forme di “guerra”

The paper contains a reflection on the compatibility of the today’s types of armed interventions with the concept of war permitted by the Italian Constitution, on the one hand calling into question the fundamental constitutional value of peace, and, on the other hand, referring to the concept of “just war” to try to understand whether it could actually provide a theoretical justification to the new contemporary wars.
