abstract:
Levodopa-induced dyskinesias are associated with thalamo-cortical disinhibition and frontal area overactivation. Neuroimaging and transcranial magnetic stimulation studies have highlighted the involvement of the right inferior frontal cortex in levodopa-induced dyskinesias.
