Regarding USSR’s International Relations, Europe’s issue has always been more important than the Far East one, but in 1920 this turned out for Soviet Union as a breeding ground in which developing new systems and new strategies policies. A railroad Manchurian that was worth fighting, outer Mongolia as the first satellite state of the USSR, the Russian relations with China penetrated deep into Central Asia and a historical analysis of the foreign policy of the USSR in this area , couldn’t take into account the relationship with the Chinese Communist Party.
