Libertà di cronaca e libertà di critica nell’era di internet: qualche riflessione

Technological innovation and the emergence of the internet and social networks have radically transformed the way we seek, receive, produce, and distribute information, creating formidable opportunities but also giving rise to new risks and problems. These problems concern, among other things, the need to protect some fundamental individual rights, such as the rights to honour, reputation and privacy, or the right to be properly informed. It is therefore necessary to understand how to adequately balance the constitutionally relevant interests and assets in conflict with each other without limiting the fundamental freedom of expression.
