Consumers rights are human rights? The article analyses tools from contract law, consumers law
and emergency law against covid, and simultanly judicial and administrative procedures adopted
with the purpose to contain Covid-19 effects on consumers’ contract- searching to understand if
the consumers’ protection measure are adequate to realise human dignity and the protection of
human being.
