During the period between the 17th and 18th century’s construction in Bucharest, Romania, it was produced an impressive
collection of churches faced and enriched with sandstone and limestone.These materials which embellished these churches
were discovered to suffering critically by neglect/inappropriate maintenance and by the aggressive physical environment of
the city. The formation of one overall framework of this decay gives some directions for the repair or even replacement of
the building materials.
