Il valore estetico nel diritto: la nozione di paesaggio tra teoria generale e comparazione giuridica

The aim of this paper is to explore the complex relationship between aesthetic studies and law, highlighting the close links between law, art and literature. It then focuses on the legal concept of landscape and its legal regulation in order to understand the role and nature of aesthetic value in positive law, at national and supranational levels, from the perspectives of General Theory of law and Comparative law.
