Lo studio dei "luoghi della memoria" in Calabria attraverso la geografia della percezione e le tecnologie GIS

This paper is a detailed study of memorial sites in Calabria 150 years from the Unification of Italy. The research is divided into three phases: the first one consists in the identification and inventory of places of memory of Calabria, and the second phase involves the creation of a virtual tour of places through a GIS project. The third phase will involve testing in some primary school classes, following the new requirements of the geography of perception.
