La valutazione di impatto generazionale delle leggi come forma di attuazione degli articoli 9 e 97 della Costituzione

The paper analyzes the recent introduction, in a government bill, of the generational impact assessment of laws, which can be considered a form of implementation of articles 9 and 97 of the Constitution. It is, in fact, the introduction into the legislative process of a form of protection of future generations, which are explicitly referred to in article 9 of the Constitution, as amended in 2022 and implicitly in article 97, where the sustainability of public debt is mentioned. Finally, the desirable introduction, also in Parliament, of instruments to protect future generations is taken into consideration.
