This reflection focuses on the notion of citizenship within the italian legal system,
starting from some brief introductory considerations on the main aspects that characterize this category, in particular from the philosophical-juridical point of view, and to deepen the conceptions of citizenship (excluding or inclusive) that appear, explicitly or subtracky, within the legislative proposals under discussion at this time in the Italian Parliament, to understand the vision of integration that they imply.
