Lavoro autonomo, pattuizioni collettive e normativa antitrust: dopo il caso FNV Kunsten, quale futuro?

This contribution investigates the impact that the recent legislative choices of the European Commission about social protection for self-employed workers and the constraints imposed by the European Treaties (Article 101 TFEU). The survey, after comparing with the constraints imposed by the Court of Justice, proposes a theoretical framework of the need for protection of self-employed workers, in compliance with antitrust legislation.
