Con il presente commento, a partire dalle sentenze n. 148 e 149 del 2025, si affronta il delicato
tema del controllo sulle spese elettorali e della decadenza del Presidente della Regione, evidenziando
la tassatività delle cause di ineleggibilità e la tutela delle prerogative spettanti agli organi
di governo regionali, nel quadro di una normativa ormai risalente, che andrebbe perciò aggiornata.

This comment, based on Decisions no. 148 and 149 of 2025, addresses the delicate issue of the
control of electoral expenditures and the removal of the Regional President, highlighting the
strictness of the grounds for ineligibility and the protection of the prerogatives of regional
government bodies, within the framework of an outdated legal framework that should therefore be
updated.
