Study Program And Objectives
Objectives
The Degree Programme aims to provide students with a solid foundational background in the historical-artistic, psychosociological, aesthetic, legal, and managerial aspects related to fashion and/or interior design processes. Overall, the Degree Programme aims to train professionals able to respond to innovations and evolving trends in the fields of fashion and interior design, equipping students to address cultural, technological, and production challenges while developing both communication and concept-generation skills. In particular, future professionals will be expected to master the tools and techniques for representing design products, in both fashion and interior design, including ideation, technical, analogue, and digital drawing, photography, and geometric methods for describing conceptual and project-based models, as well as image representation techniques, visual languages, and the principles of visual perception. At the end of their studies, students will also acquire the basic knowledge required for the design process, including the development of product ranges and collections, as well as the activities involved in their production, communication, and promotion, such as events, exhibitions, showrooms, and specialised publications. The Degree Programme, aimed at providing students with the knowledge and tools described above, is structured over three years for a total of 180 ECTS credits. It is completed through laboratory activities, training internships, and a final examination. The educational objectives of the Degree Programme are achieved through delivered and interactive online teaching activities, together with guided and individual study. Learning outcomes are assessed through written and/or oral examinations and through ongoing assessments, which may be compulsory in some specific courses.
