They must also acquire the ability to analyse, understand, and interpret regulatory texts and legal documents, as well as to apply legislation to concrete cases and analyse and resolve legal issues, including in interdisciplinary contexts.
- Corporate legal consultant, labour consultant: The knowledge and skills required to perform the professions of corporate legal consultant and labour consultant are based on a solid background in legal studies, an appropriate learning approach, and the acquisition of interdisciplinary training combining legal knowledge with economic competences. This enables graduates to also acquire the basic technical knowledge required in corporate contexts and in the field of labour consultancy. In particular, graduates are expected to acquire knowledge and skills in public and private law, commercial law, labour law, tax law, and in the national and European regulatory frameworks applicable to businesses. In addition, graduates are expected to develop the ability to analyse, understand, and draft legal documents and legal texts.

In particular, knowledge and skills are required in the fields of criminology and psychology, with specific reference to criminal investigations, as well as an in-depth knowledge of criminal law, criminal procedure, criminology, and forensic, investigative, and profiling activities.

In particular, knowledge and skills are required in relation to activities connected with the enforcement of criminal sentences and the rehabilitation of offenders, as well as criminological and sociological competences. Graduates must also acquire in-depth knowledge of penitentiary law and international human rights regulations, skills in planning and managing social and employment reintegration programmes, and the ability to draft technical reports and legal documentation.
