Greek texts of Suetonius or adscribed to him present two general problems, in addition to the specific problems that each text may present to those engaged in edition and exegesis: how to edit texts with different traditions; which texts of which we know something were written in Greek by Suetonius. With respect to these problems, the Περὶ βλασφημιῶν represents an example on which to carry out some ecdotic and exegetic reflections, illustrated here with an edition specimen
