Libertà di associazione e indipendenza/imparzialità del magistrato: un bilanciamento tra valori costituzionali

The work aims to investigate the relationship between the peculiar status of the magistrate and his possibility to fully enjoy his fundamental rights like any other citizen; in particular, it aims to understand how the constitutional position of judges may affect the exercise of their freedom of association.
