Il diritto muto tra giusfemminismo, diritto e letteratura e comparazione giuridica. Una riflessione teorica

The aim of this paper is to compare feminist legal theory, law and literature, and comparative law in order to highlight the common elements of these three apparently very different disciplines. Then this paper will focus on just one of these elements, which is the unveiling function that each of these disciplines performs. The object of these unveiling function are those submerged or invisible elements of law that manifest themselves at an unconscious or subconscious level of the law itself and guide its explicit form.
