Abstract:
Il contributo analizza in chiave critica le modifiche integrativo-correttive apportate dal d.lgs. 31/2024 alla disciplina applicativa delle pene sostitutive delineata dalla riforma Cartabia (l. 134/2021 – d.lgs. 150/2022).
