abstract:
Geoethics is a new branch of geosciences, which is located at the meeting point of geology, philosophy,
sociology, economics and geography. One of the geoethics objectives is the population education on risk management to strengthening the resilience of communities. The purpose of this contribution is to analyze the environmental conditions and the psychological processes that derive from the impact of earthquake on children. It presents the theory of the resilience and practices of educational resilience. Finally educational paths useful to develop in children risk management competencies are presented. The children’s perception which recognizes the influence of human actions on the effects of the earthquake falls in the domain of the new era of men: the Anthropocene.
