Le collaborazioni coordinate e continuative di carattere amministrativo-gestionale nella riforma del lavoro sportivo

The author analyses the evolution of the regulatory framework applicable to the labour contracts of the coordinated and continuous collaborators performing secretarial tasks, pursuant to Article 37 of the Legislative Decree No. 36 of 2021 (sports reform). Then, he highlights the reasons for the special treatments for those workers and the uncertainties caused by the overlapping of different regulatory areas (contract law, tax law, social security law, etc.). Lastly, he argues about the need to implement the extension of the principle of the labour protection in all its forms and applications under Articles 3 and 35 of the Italian Constitution.
