Abstract:
The paper deepens the results of a study conducted with 9986 future
teachers, involved in a pre-service training pathway. The main
objective was to identify their profiles, dispositions and competences
in the field of instructional design, considered as crucial dimensions
for a future effective professionalism in complex educational
ecosystems. The study revealed a widespread interest in active and
engaging methodologies. However, basic knowledge and skills were
found to be weaker than expected.
