Governare la devianza tra pari. Bullismo, cyberbullismo e razionalità preventiva dopo la l. 70/2024
Articolo
Data di Pubblicazione:
2026
Abstract:
The article examines the transition from Law 71/2017 to Law 70/2024, showing how the
Italian legislator has shifted from a reactive model focused on the removal of harmful
digital content to a preventive-relational paradigm that interprets bullying and cyberbullying as ecological and interdependent phenomena. Integrating perspectives from the sociology of law and deviance, the paper highlights how the reform redefines the roles and responsibilities of school actors, strengthens educational governance, and reshapes hierarchies of visibility, ultimately proposing a reading of the school as a Bourdieusian field.
