Non ho (mai) l’età? Riflessioni sulla sessualità delle persone con disabilità intellettive

The article aims at providing some insights on the legal barriers, in addition to social and cultural ones, which people with intellectual disabilities must face when exercising their right to sexuality. After dealing with the issue of forced sterilization, the paper will focus on the comparison between the disabled and the minor in relation to the right to express the sexuality and the capacity to consent to engage in sexual activity.
